Meal Plan Monday 12/4/2017
It's Monday! What are you eating this week??
I am flying out to North Carolina on Wednesday, practically Thursday, night. Because of that my kids will be spending the weekend with their grandparents so this week's meal plan only includes 5 days.
I've been working on creating meal plans that use up every opened package, every leftover, every last dredge. We have 1/2 cup of chili saved, so we will make more chili for lunch one day and add that remaining. We have leftover rice that we can finish eating with our tacos. We have ham steak, most of a can of evaporated milk, Parmesan cheese and sour cream; this will become green eggs and ham (comment if you'd like the recipe - It's a family fave)! Try to get creative with the food left in your fridge. Make it into something new! I use Pinterest and Supercook for ideas.
